So I think maybe 10-20 people from reborn actually went over to NoRest. Out of those 10-20, 3 were considered founders or something stupid, everyone else was kinda there just helping around with building and org shit. Around half of the people that went over to the server around half of them wanted to become staff, those who wanted to be staff were told to wait until the server launched to see what staff rank we would have received. Next thing is that I am 99% sure that they only had the server up long enough to break even in terms of payment, so I wouldn't say he tried to bail with all the money. This is what I picked up on/remember as one of those 10-20 people who went through the whole thing.-3, After hearing from other people I've decided to go against this, despite all of the positive replies. Your claim to only recruit for your TeamSpeak is absolute bullshit and your failure to admit to your mistakes makes me despise this appeal all the more. If you would have admitted what you really did and not try to change the story to make new players pity you as someone who got banned for a "misunderstanding" then perhaps I would have been more positive with my reply. You didn't only recruit people into your TeamSpeak for your server, but you also provided anyone who joined your TeamSpeak a "Staff" tag and then "had to" give them a tag on your server as well since they were "Staff" in your TeamSpeak. You basically made a roundabout way of recruiting people into your server by baiting them in with a promised staff rank until you decided to bail on your server out of nowhere with all of the money. You're a complete jackass for even trying to pull this and I'm surprised nobody else has spoken up about this. I'll be more than happy to change my view on your appeal when you decide not to lie to the community's face.
Regardless of how much money he walked away with, the reasoning for his ban is that he recruited these players, tried to recruit more, and got banned for it. He's refused to own up to purposely advertising to the community and tried to claim it was all a misunderstanding. I'm kind of mad about the other part as it sounds pretty scummy, but I shouldn't have mentioned it as it's not why he's banned and was something that didn't happen on Reborn. So I think maybe 10-20 people from reborn actually went over to NoRest. Nah b, I was actually there for this. When we created our own ts we still wanted to talk to our friends. Phaze made is very clear that he was only inviting people to the TS and to only communicate with them. He said if anyone wanted to join the server was completely up to themselves. If you know Phaze at all he is not a liar or a manipulator. However, everything people say is always true and never exaggerated so his ban is obviously justified. Say what you want, but I was approached by several people at the time of his ban informing me that Phaze was attempting to get them to join his server. This was after the fact that he was banned, so I shrugged it off and didn't care too much because at the time permanent meant permanent. I asked an SA, who will not be named so he won't get any hate, how he felt about the situation and he felt very strongly that Phaze did in fact poach players from Reborn purposely. From my perspective Phaze is a bad guy who is lying on his appeal and from your perspective I'm just guy who has no idea what hes talking about. We'll never accept the other's side so I'm hoping anyone else who votes on this will see the right side.Nah b, I was actually there for this.
