Reporting players

Ok I’ve been noticing this a lot. Players reporting players off some minor stuff and it’s quite annoying. Now I’ve done something like this once and it just starts drama. Honestly can be a little more less dramatic and tattle tales off some little stuff that can simply be put in @ chat, but instead of on the forums. It makes more sense to call staff on someone who breaks rules to get an upper hand advantage on you. Not just calling staff because your just mad how’d you died to player. (Just an example) The reports are more hate then actual reports. Like I said I’ve done this before myself, and I have broke rules due to my quick decisions, but I’m tired of constantly seen threats towards other players on saying “your gonna get banned” and actually trying to get them banned. Your just making the person look worse. Clearly the person just wants to RP and can’t because you want to put a minor report on the forums for the whole server to see which can simply be but in @. people are getting into trouble and permanently banned. It needs to stop.

This also goes with serious reports. If the report is serious with evidence etc. the report has a subject and what bothers me is that some people go off topic “-1 toxic” that’s not a validation of any situation. Please stop using the word toxic is so overused it’s lost it meaning. It just a word to call someone because you just want person banned or in trouble.

Yes I also believe that report is pretty dumb, but I meant like actual reports not shitpost reports.

No kidding that’s common since, but if the forum report is minor. now the whole community has to vote on a minor thing that happened that can simply be past by. Only staff members should take control but in a non bias way instead of the community because some players want to get others permanently banned.

That’s not actually a shitpost report, redicule made a legitimate report about somebody saying shut up

When a staff member messes up, you either gotta take it to the forums or to a SuperAdmin, we are not supposed to warn other staff for issues like that, it is left up to the Supers to decide their fate.

I got reported by shawn for using other factions comms on DT when there was about 10 active non afk ppl on its such a petty rule break but i guess he doesn't like me so made a report

just because there are not alot of people on doesnt mean you can still do it, and I think you were calling them faggot or something, and you were being toxic on the report on you.

I agree with if a staff member messes up it should be reported but things that could be a verbal warning shouldnt be reported most of the time the people who report it are mad at the person they are reporting and using it as a weapon against them
