Warn reason: ARDM in a sit.

What happened?: Me and Shawn were messing around on our EE life, as we just died on Tat, and I come out of spawn and hit Shawn with force lightning as a joke. We were clearly messing around and no harm was done, then Shawn was meming and went over to Vick and said "Hey can you deal with this guy", as a joke. Vick immediately took me to a staff sit, and I was confused because we were just messing around and no harm was done. Then after he brought me there, he went back to Shawn, and asked whether or not he wanted to deal with it in

Why you should your appeal be accepted?: I literally did nothing wrong, and if Vick wasn't so trigger happy on making staff sits, and listened to Shawn and just let it be an RP situation, I feel that wouldn't have happened. I also mis-clicked my force power, because when I get anxious I start fidgeting or clicking my mouse button rapidly, in which this case I did. I thought I had force leap on, so no harm would be done, but because me and Shawn were messing around I still had lightning strike on. This was a complete accident and it is my fault, but I don't think I should be warned off of something that was a complete meme and me and Shawn were messing around.

This is literally my first warn ever on the server, after almost 2 years, and I feel it should be removed because it was a complete accident, and anyways, Vick's character life was completely not in jeopardy, he got hit for 400 damage, and he could've just used !hp and !armor, so I feel that was stupid, as I haven't gotten any warns, and my first one is because I accidentally hit my mouse button when I was fidgeting.

He then said I tried to force leap out of a sit when I was frozen, which he obviously knows I couldn't do that, so there was no point in that. If he would've just taken this into an RP situation like Shawn asked, this wouldn't happened. Since it was never reported as a staff situation I feel that it should've been taken as an RP situation, and he instantly took it as a staff sit, instead of RP.

+1 Before Vick took him into a staff, he starts repeadtly saying you want me to take this staff sit? I literally told vick No, and said I wanted it in RP, which Vick says since he was invincible its ARDM. I didn't want Jiffrey to be punished in a staff way but as a RP way. EE attacking another EE, betrayal on the faction. The fact that vick disregarded me saying I wanted it to be handled RP not Sit and proceeds to handle it as a sit instead of RP which I didnt want, I even PM'ed vick in game while hte sit was happening I wanted it handled as a rp situation. Ever since yesterday and the mess up with the overthrow Jiffrey did due to miscommunication between him and croc, all the EE(Staff members apart of EE included) have been harassing him making OT jokes and basically bullying him about it. I feel this was more of vick wanting him punished for the miscommunication yesterday and wanted Jiffrey in trouble. I brought this to vick as rp, and he goes into a staff sit. Which ideally if that was the case, id want a 3rd party who wasn't there to take the sit not vick.

Are you sure? Because every time I get on the server I was harassed by Ares and Oil, they were making OT jokes, and making fun of me. Ares literally said as soon as I got on to the server "Oh I just switched onto my emperor job hoping for a false OT!" and then Oil keeps telling me "Learn the rules" and other harassing comments like that. So go ahead and tell me that the EE haven't been constantly making comments on it while your emperor and princess literally do it when I join the server.

Just tell Oil he has a dead end arti and he's never going to trade up with it (it's true, your mantle is fugly), and it's just some jokes my guy if you don't like it just stay away from them or play a different life.

I apologize, but it really hurts your case when you cut out the first half of your video and make a false claim. What happened was that you came out of spawn, hit Shawn and then Shawn asked if it could be handled, I asked him if he was sure one time and he said yes, but in RP. I of course wanted to ensure that the biggest problem to me was handled first, which was him attacking his pal while invincible with spawn protection. I pulled him off to the side, told him not to do it again and was about to let him go when he shocked me with lightning. Recently we've been told not to let older players off with verbals and you being level 210, you should obviously know the rules. You claimed it was you trying to force jump and I asked why were you trying to force jump when you knew you were in a sit frozen and it wouldn't do anything. I doubt you accidentally shocked me as your main argument here is that "it hardly did any damage" "he could just set his hp". I will admit we have been joking about how you attempted to OT while on Tat., but the furthest I went was me questioning why you were feigning ignorance when you knew about the location of the OT rules. The time I pulled your buddy over was to inform him that I couldn't handle it in character yet because I had to handled the first bit as staff where I was just going to ask him not to do it again and let him go. I just want to reiterate that you were not warned for attacking your friend, but attacking me while in the sit where I was giving you a verbal.

I was playing my Jedi life, and as soon as I switched jobs they just start making fun of me in OOC which is pretty irritating knowing I can't do anything about it. Not just that, but they go around to all the Sith and tell them that I don't know the rules and they just keep it going and going.

It was literally a misclick, and I know for a fact, if anyone else would've accidentally hit a staff in a staff sit, they wouldn't be warned because its clear the EE don't like me, and you can literally ask a lot of people, they don't get warned for hitting someone in a staff sit, ACCIDENTALLY, because I was fidgeting and I hit my mouse button which I thought had force leap on, and it did a whole 400 damage to you, its not as if you were going to die, and clearly overreacted.

EDIT: You say it wasn't an accident when I was just fidgeting with my mouse button. I THOUGHT I HAD FORCE LEAP ON SO I WAS FIDGETING, AND I SHOCKED YOU FOR A WHOLE 400 DAMAGE. And you also saying, "you should obviously know the rules" clearly doesn't help you, because I have been on the server for almost 2 years, with a complete clean warn history, and I get warned because I hit you for 400 damage. I know no one else in EE that would've done that wouldn't get warned, because the EE don't like me. You clearly don't like me, and it shows in the tone of your voice. It pisses me off because I get my only warn on the server because I hit you for 400 damage on accident, when I thought I had force leap on. It was clearly an accident, and I feel that it should get removed, because it wasn't an ARDM, it was a tiny piece of damage anyways, and you have 3000 hp so it wasn't a big deal.

I +1 the warn appeal literally because it was a conflict between myself, vick, and jiffrey. I literally told vick to handle it rp not in a staff sit. I didn't report him for breaking the rules, i reported him basically for attacking another ee. Vick decided to make it into a staff thing, which if he really wanted too, vick wouldve handled it as soon as jiffrey hit me, but he didn't he continued to walk about, and vick being the prince, i say vick handle this for an rp way. The vick just went into a staff sit after first ignoring is fucked

Why would he get punished for meming around. Why would I get punished for meming around. I hit him with force lightning, and we were just messing around. No harm was done, and if Vick would pay attention he would know that we were just messing about.

You hitting Shawn with lightning as a joke is okay that's why he let it go. You hitting him with lightning got you warned, maybe Shepard didn't mean it but i'm pretty sure I can see your force power blinking blue to signal you that your going to use it when you right click.

I said for it to be handled as an RP situation i told vick not to do it as an admin situation
