I would Watch over evidence to make my choices i overwatched people so i could see if they were truly doing shady things that people explained and i would make decisions in my best judgement.

Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated):
What makes me more qualified than other players is that I myself have more patience towards people. I can keep my calm when in Harsh or stressful scenarios. Also I really am just wanting to help the server in a way i already know how to. I have been able to deal with minges, Rdm's, and more when having to work as a mod for 2 months shortly after tho i left the serve because i stopped having fun, while on this server theres always something to do and i spend so much of my day on this server just trying to do what i can to make it better any way i can. This server honestly means alot to me it has helped with just being able to develop leadership skills and Lots of social skills that you couldn't learn talking to people IRL and for that i would just like to Give back to this server. I Do feel as if This server deserves the best and thats what i intend to try and give you guys i want to be the most fair mod i can be and i want to Try and make the server a safe place for all gamers new and experienced.
The ways i have a very high patience is, The fact that I've watched kids my whole life since i was young so i can do things without getting upset over small things.
If i had to handle a situation in which two people the reporter and reportee both were yelling at each other id try to calm both of them down in the best way possible so i could have each of them explain there side of the story in the most detailed manner they can so i don't miss out on anything that is going on, Because in the end i want to make sure my choice is the best possible. In the end the job of a moderator is to try to keep peace on a server and make sure the rules are followed and id make sure to check the rules everyday for any changes so that i can make sure i make the most accurate choices possible based on the server.
I also have great leadership qualities whisch is also a staff members job to be a leader on the server and lead people by example I feel as if i could do that very well also. My reasoning for putting in and applicationqouldnt be because i got council its honestly because i feel as if i could do good at this place on the server i have been wanting to put in an application but just now have gotten around to doing it. This server Honestly has amazing staff and i feel as if i could be a good addition to the staff family. I Look forward to working with you guys and for the server if i make it.
