Server: (Jedi vs Sith or Skyrim) JvS
Banning Staff: Vick
Reason for Ban: typical ban , adding as much as he can when its not necessary to justify the length of ban
Ban Time: 1 week
What did you do?: ok so , someone wanted to OT rocky , as a sith Apprentice i tought killing rocky would be funny , there was around 15 players protecting the elevator and the room upstairs , they let me walk in like i own the place , then i start attacking rocky , BAM a staff come out of no where freeze me , MY IMMERSION !!! can you just PK order me and be done with it ? why does it always need a staff to fucking destroy my roleplay and if you tell me , RDM IS MINGING or some shit , fuck off , Sith has been know through the history of starwars to kill other sith its even a common practice to kill its master to get his rank . so Vick come in freeze ask wtf is going on , then by the time he realize he just interrupted my immerssion , well rocky exile me in chat , what u think ? there 20 sith waiting for me to be returned , i get returned , bam i die , then he freeze me ask me to reset , i open my saber it hit him , he goes and quote this " IFN Johnson Style mixed with some Odysee as well Mad mode " and ban me for fucking 1 week .
Why you should be unbanned: i was staff abused while doing roleplay , my immersion was broken , i was abused , he returned me into the middle of 20 people so i can get pk , that sad AND then he cry i rdmed him , he frozed me in a corner like a dog i ignited my saber cause damn my arti looks good and well he got hit .

-1 everytime you are pulled into a sit for RDM you will always say the same stuff about you're immersion or some shit but it clearly states in the rules of the server that RDM is not allowed and I have had a very bad experience with you before with you calling me a very bad word that I can't say because I would be perma banned and if I could -5 a appeal I would and honestly you should be permabanned from the community

-2 You minged, RDM'd and were being a complete idiot the whole sit. It says clearly in the rules, Darths can only OT to begin with. Secondly, RDM is a thing along with minging. And when a apprentice shows up where they aren't supposed to they are called minges. Because guess what buddy, you're not the only one who RP's.

-3 You made a poor attempt on this ban appeal and have a lot of grammatical errors and complete lies. After I banned you I toned the ban down to 4 days as opposed to a week and you didn't include any of the parts about you insulting Rocky as a staff member, calling me complete shit, and attacking me during the sit after you had been refusing to reset your skills points. You even asked if you could just leave the server and take the ban so that your skill points won't be reset. Rocky initially teleported you away because you decided to Mass ARDM by running up the elevator and attacking every DC in the middle of a DC meeting for no reason. It's not you "killing your master to take his rank" it was you RDMing on a massive scale. You got off lucky with just Rocky pulling you off to the side and warning you and then returning you. After you were returned you died normally. You continued to be a problem and ended up with a PK Order on your head and then you got PK'd. After that encounter you complained about the warn, tried to claim admin abuse, refused to reset your skill points, disrespected not only Rocky, but also me who was trying to go easy on you, and then you attacked me during the sit. I should have banned your for longer instead of shortening the ban and I regret that.

the part where you say he returned me normally and died normally is false , he returned me then i was pked as soon as i was returned , you claim i attacked you like i was moving around , i was frozen in a corner and i ignited cause my arti is cool as fuck and you were in me , dont cry about that , i insulted Rocky as the Emperor as in-game RP never in a sim .

Well it doesn't help that you are being super toxic on this post. From your past warns you seem to rdm and lie to staff a lot. Sounds like Vick is in the right here. -1
