Banning Staff: High Consular Scary Tiger Cipriani
Reason for Ban: Chargebacks
Ban Time: Perma ban
What did you do?: Chargebacks
Why you should be unbanned: I should be unbanned because what I did happened a long time ago, and I was a kid not knowing the consequences. Furthermore this is the best Jedi Vs Sith server in all of gmod to be fair, im sure everyone can agree with that. Also I didn't realize how dumb it was to take my moms credit card and buy hilts and G-VIP, honestly just wish I could go back to this awesome role playing server and be with my friends, I hope someone would please just understand how much this means to me and give me a chance, Thankyou.

I didn't steal anything though bro, I bought it then my mom found out I used her credit card and charged all the items back, then I got perma ban, I dont have the money to give Shepard back, and If I did I would give it back in a heart beat. Also this was a year ago so I didn't think my decisions through. P.S I wasnt the one that charged the money back, I dont think it matters but it wasnt me.

From what I have seen Shepard is the one that decides these type of ban appeals. Out of curiosity how long have u been banned for scary isnt even high coconsular anymore

I mean technically that's stealing from your mom but that's a different story

You want unbanned, talk to shepard about paying him his money back. He's already told you how to get unbanned.

it was items on YOUR account charged back. Therefor, it was you who did it. pay Shepard the money, and you get the unban. ez pz.

tbh the problem is those charge back fees which would be 80$ I understand u made a mistake and u or your mom got there money back but Shepard had to lose 80$ on those charge backs

It's already been said by Shep that he needs to pay if he wants the unban. So this should just be auto denied, and he can speak to Shep in DM's if/when he gets the money

We can't ban people for taking their mom's money, or we'd have a lot of other issues with kids on the server. But seriously, this should just be a lesson to you that you shouldn't just take things before thinking things through. I get it you're older now, but its still only by one year. I hope you've grown as a person from this whole ordeal.

Like I said on your other appeal, I did the same shit on another server and spent like 100$ on garbage ranks and shit when I was 11. Haven't spent IRL money on a GMOD server since (just let the little bois buy stuff for me with credits).

l I'm not saying ban him for that just trying to show him life lesson here sinces schools dont do a good about telling kids about credit. So basically using a credit card whether yours or someone else's the money that is used from it isnt your money it's basically money that we borrow from the bank in order to pay for things. So in laments terms it's like asking a friend for $117 dollars to buys something but your friend doesnt know what u did and he wants all his money back

The only way these appeals ever get accepted is if you pay the money back. If not you're almost guaranteed to get denied even if it was not your fault
