Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated):
I have a lot of experience being staff on different types of servers and Reborn especially.
It’s been a while since I’ve been staff on the server, but I believe I have a good grip on the rules. I figured applying for staff would be very beneficial or at least make a positive impact on the server. A decent amount of people in the community know who I am but for the newer members, I go by Arorous. I joined Reborn in May 2017 and have been playing for nearly three years. I was staff for the server for a full year and reached Head Admin. The majority of the time was spent as Sr. Admin. I mentored under Cause, Croc, and Dwayne and Shepard. I have extensive knowledge of how to deal with sits, how to manage staff, etc. Near the end of the time that I was HA, I acknowledge that I made mistakes and did not perform to expectations, which was why I was demoted to Sr. Admin until I resigned in January last year. Looking back at these mistakes I realized they were just stupid little things that I knew at the time were wrong. I’m not here to make excuses, but I believe in the year that I was gone I’ve changed for the better.
Note: Being staff is a good way for me to still play the server and make an impact while being able to focus a bit more on school.
