A brief overview of the position(s):
All of it was running sits and helping out people. SidewaysGaming was a DarkRP server that had a huge community for a long time. Once I reached Staff-Manager/Head-Admin I took over for managing the staff team as well as basically running the server because I was the only active higher up.

Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated):
If you are asking what makes me more qualified than other players statistic wise, I have more hours logged as staff than the majority of the player base. I applied for staff within 50 hours of gmod playtime a long time ago and have been staff pretty much ever since. I have around 2600 hours logged as staff for SidewaysGaming alone. So I do know what I am doing.
If you are asking what makes me as a PERSON, qualified for staff, I enjoy just talking to people. I have always loved the feeling of being able to help people out. There is nothing more satisfying than knowing you made someones day just a little bit better. I always do my best to bring peoples problems to some light no matter how small, I'm not afraid to speak out if it means helping people who deserve to be helped. I can't stand seeing people overlooked because they may be a lower rank on the server or because they are too shy to be seen by the community. As much as I love helping people if there are people who minge a little bit I will be a little bit lenient. We are all human and we all make mistakes. But when it starts affecting others and making others feel bad is when I step in. In my time as Staff, I realized that being staff is not about punishing those who are bad. It's about making everybody enjoy their time when they are on the server. So if there is a chance that I can resolve conflict without having to punish someone who just wants to have fun. Then I will take every step to do so.
And why should you support my application? Because I am online a minimum of 3 hours a day generally (Unless I have stuff where I am away from my house) and because of being in PST I am on late into the night when there are minges and no staff. I have over 131 hours in the last two weeks of non-afk playtime. I constantly find myself in positions where people are needing whitelisting or assistance in other things that no other staff wants to do. The server needs more staff as it grows, and a lot of the old staff have been leaving the staff team. If I am granted the opportunity to gain a position as staff I will do my very best to make the players enjoy the time that they spend on the server.
