why i should be staff-I am in the team speak all the time,I get on the server everyday but just not that long everyday.

-1 minimum hours, I never see you take leadership as a senior admin. IMO senior admins are supposed to be the next Super Admins. I don't feel you would make a good super admin.

Every time you're on your lives you're pretty mingy. As empress, I get a lot of complaints about you as a grey or bounty hunter coming on the planet and just lowkey minging or being purposely annoying.

+1 He does need to work on his activity but he got demoted from Senior Admin to admin and worked his way back up to senior admin so I mean... He's literally been staff for a year+ now and have no clue how long he's been senior admin. Maybe need to work on his behavior other than that he does everything he needs to do as senior admin.

To start off with, he has the bare minimum of activity for hours (as Caitlyn mentioned) he doesn't take sits when he is on, beyond the point of leaving it to the mods or lower staff so they can get experience, he just doesn't take sits. I have never seen him take a sit in my entire time as staff that I can remember. Also he is very mingy, he can't keep up RP on the server and he doesn't really care about his position, shown from what I have seen. I don't really dislike Loody, he's an entertaining person to be around and he can be very fun at times, but he is not a good choice for a staff position.

Lol senior admins aren't supposed to be taking whole lotta sits mods and smods are supposed to be taking most of them.

hes doing about as good as you can expect a person thats been playing for "a year and a half probably" and is kinda burnt out he spawns items which is a thing that is always needed because theres a small amount of people who can do it

I mean I feel like if you're at that state you should just resign rather then hold onto the posistion.

Staff is a position that isn't for life, its never cemented in place as once you earn it you deserve it forever. The position is wanted and desired by many. A lot of people work hard as mods/admins and see those higher staff with low hours and honestly questionable behavior, it's really de-motivating.

It's like any job, even if you are promoted to a high rank like a manager. If you don't put in the work then you don't deserve the position anymore. It may be hard to let go because he has contributed in the past but sometimes its a necessity to allow other newer staff a chance at a higher position.

Also on the super admin thing, Ive been pretty openly against their low hours and activity. The topic is on loody tho, make a forum post about the said SA if you have a concern you want to discuss.

As far as I see it, Loody has been staff for a long time, FOR A REASON. Has he made mistakes? Of course (So does everyone.) If a manager were to put in dogshit effort, they wouldn't be manager. His position and title is to teach and inform, not to perform. He is here to provide knowledge to the newer admins on how to perform there job and make sure they know what there doing, because he has done it for so long - hence the senior title. If there were serious issues with him, he would have been demoted a long time ago.

Loody has probably been one of the most dedicated staff members I've seen on this server. Although he may rub off as mingy, or may not care, he has done above and beyond to deserve the position of Senior Admin. Hell, he was demoted to admin a few months ago. Look where he is again.

+1 Loody is a capable person and a well fit for senior admin, I personally believe that loody deserves Senior Admin, however I personally would like to see loody interact more with other staff regarding sits and the like as I personally haven't seen much of that, and activity is not much in my personal opinion but all that can infact change, which I believe will. All in all, Loody is a great s admin that could improve and perform better.

IF this were some type of promotion I would -1, however this is an evalution, I believe Loody does well enough to keep his Sr. Admin rank.
Looking at the complaints we have
1. Hours
2. Leadership
3. Sits

He meets his hours, and as a long-time player that surprises me, I don't meet my hours and so don't other old players cause there really isn't much to do once you do it all. Also considering that he's always in Teamspeak while playing other games, which makes him easy to access in need of bans,unbans,items, etc, I believe his activity is well enough to keep his rank.

Now, i'll agree Loody isn't the best leader, but he does what he can, leadership skills arn't something everyone has, so I won't flame the boy on it, however he could definitely improve in this area

As for sits, Loody does take some, sometimes he doesn't, but as a Sr.Admin he supervises and guides the mods when they take the sits, and in that regard I think he's doing fine. I'm not saying he shouldn't take sits, but if he doesn't take as many as mods do then that's fine, as long as he's an asset available to the mods on the server then his doing his job correctly IMO.

He doesn't teach and inform. Rarely has he stepped in to help a newer member of the staff team, and when he does do it, there is little to no effort. And he was demoted. He was promoted back due to a temporary, very minimal, rise in activity. The only reason he has not left yet is him being stubborn and refusing to fall under the line enough for demotion. This is the whole reason why Loody is the only one with an evaluation up, because he is the staff member who (Arguably?) does the least. Just about all of the mods are taking sits when they're on, Sr. Mods included. I know that I and the other admins are constantly doing our best to help either the players or the newer staff members, and the super admins and head admin are management, and sometimes they step in to deal with problems that we can't deal with. This is where I see a problem, Loody lies in a type of limbo between head admin and demotion, so he just stays stagnant. He isn't motivated enough to help the newer staff members and he cares just a bit, enough to keep his head above the water. If you ask all of the staff members below Sr. Admin who they would come to looking for help in a complicated sit, I gurantee either a very few (below 3) or maybe none would even mention Loody. I know I never would have, because all he does while on the server is the bare minimum.

Now I know this is a long intimidating chunk of text, but my intent is not to defame Loody, or to attack him personally. I feel he may just be to a point where he is burnt out and it would be better for him to step down from his position, rather than existing in this state of Limbo, between demotion and activity. I think it says something that the only people commenting positively on this post, are his friends.
 
-1 does not do tasks worthy of a senior admin. When comparing him to people like scary and vickolas, he falls very far below the line. Him being admin is pushing it in my opinion. He has a habit of being very “memey” and that attitude can push newer players away, especially from a SA.




TL;DR: He should not be demoted from the team completely, but his position as a senior admin, or even just an admin does not line up with the amount of work he puts out for the server.

Did you not listen at all during the staff meeting? That's not at all why he has the evaluation up
