Banning Staff: Moxxi
Reason for Ban: "Being a dumbass in advert"
Ban Time: 24 hours
What did you do?: I was banned for changing my name to Barack Obama and saying things in advert like "My fellow americans"
Why you should be unbanned: I was just messing around and Moxxi didn't tp to me or bring me to him or anything. One second I was there the next second I was gone. The only logical warn/ban for this scenario would be FailRP, but even then at least you get told to stop, where as I had no idea what was going to happen.

I mean it's pretty obvious you're not supposed to advert that type of stuff, maybe a ban is a bit harsh tho, but it's only 24 hours

I've also been around long enough to know that fucking around in advert gets you at most kicked. If i was kicked, then I still wouldve been upset, but its better than a ban. I see no ban saying that me fucking around in advert will get me a ban. The only thing I could possibly see from this situation that would lead to a ban would be if I was advertising and actual server, and not one that was "2008 Election RP".

no matter if I've been toxic or not, that a) shouldnt impact how you judge this, which I'll give you the benefit of doubt and say that it didnt and b) shouldn't all stack into a ban unless I did it 21 times and got away with it leaving me with 25 warns which would be a perma until I submit a request on the forums

Only reason I wanted to appeal was a) because I thought it was wrong that I got banned without any warnings and b) saturday was the last day I could hop on because I'm currently in Europe, and I will be for the next 11 days.
