Brief overview of the position(s):
OGL - My position was to oversee the tickets and sits being handled, it was my job to be a point of escalation for any difficult situations too.
Icefuse - My role was to train up the new staff members, observe their behavior and handling of situations to report to the HA's and also complete documentation on it.
I was also there to handle any situation which required escalation.
Undying networks - My role in this was to support the server by handling base line requests from users of the server, anything that required further investigation or passed to the technical team
I would update a log and provide the information across to the appropriate team to handle further, this was a customer service job on a WoW server.
Civilgamers - My role as a head admin on civilgamers was to make sure the server was running smoothly, to control the blacklisted items to make sure the server would not crash and also train/manage the staff
I was the focal point between the staff team and the owner to make sure his wishes were disseminated to the team.

Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated):
I believe that the community should support my application because I have the dedication to the server, I have not enjoyed a gmod server like this one in a very long time and I wish to do all I can to help
support the daily running of the server, I am very active when not working and I am always on when there is little to no staff on so I feel being in the uk timezone I am in the perfect position to cover the server
when it needs it the most. I have worked in many customer related jobs in my life including the police force. This experience has given me the ability to be able to control my emotions in situations, to handle situations
in a professional manner as regulated by the guidelines approved by management and also to remain impartial.
I am a very strong believer in the staff setting the standards for the player to follow and I would like to help by providing an example of how players should act on the server. I have had a vast experience of staffing on gmod servers
and I am a very mature player. I believe that my life experiences is what sets me apart from other players, I am able to defuse situations in a rapid manner and I set everyone to the same standard that is expected regardless of their position or how well I know them. I wouldn't say I know everything that there is to know about the server but I can confidently say that I will continue to learn and progress through the server, I always aim to improve myself and constantly aim to progress and I feel that given the chance to prove myself to the community, they would not be let down. I will continue to serve them to the high standard that the staff strive for today.
