I'd like these fixed please.

After waiting about three days, I realized nothing was going to naturally get done. So I am going to make a forum-post so I can atleast get someone's attention to help me fix these two issues. My rainbow custom-artifact, broken and nonexistent. It's just a sawtooth, no color to it whatsoever. I would really appreciate that the thing I paid $75 on can atleast be fixed please. I don't want to sound like a jackass, however that's a lot of money wasted if something doesn't fix. The second thing would be my model, I don't know why or how but my model suddenly has a broken cape. Anyone who knows me or has seen me over the course of the few days I have been back can see that it's to the side and stuck there and it looks incredibly dumb. I would appreciate that being fixed, either through Shepard/Anzati or someone else willing to help me fix my model. I think we can all agree that it burns our eyes to see my cape like this, so that's apart of this aswell. I really would appreciate having the things I bought finally returned to normal as I bought them, please and thank you.

Anzati is working on this, was in teamspeak talking about the rainbow saber. as far as the model you can fix it ez and upload the dupe, there is a hit box indicator add on listed in the store and fixing ccs is pretty ez just time consuming. I do not remember your cape being erect before tho

if you think this is bad it has been 9 months or so and I dont have my custom hilt
