Help me to help you. ( Staff Suggestion )

Good morning,

Before I goto work, I just wanted to write this so when I come back I can review the responses. I want to know how I can improve to be the best possible staff member that I can be, Please be completely honest, I am open to criticism if it helps me understand and improve. I want you to let me know things I can work on to become a better staff member, tips, things you saw me do that I should change, reviews of my staff sits, etc. So please help me to help you.
( I want to become a trusted and respected staff member of the community and be an excellent role-model, So please help me achieve that. )

I would say, observe other staff to see how they deal with issues. I’ve noticed a problem with how you are either too lenient or too harsh in some cases, and I think shadowing a more experienced staff member would be good

I banned someone once, I gave everyone else warnings. I do not think I give out harsh punishments because warnings are just written statements for future staff use and review.
 
Thurkan if you want to be a good staff member there is just some really basic shit you need to do, A.) be honest with your self, so if someone is like oh staff is inactive or staff is blah blah think about if that includes you if it does try and fix it if it doesn't move on. B.) Stand up for your opinion, as a staff member you can't have people going around always changing your opinion especially on punishment for rules because there are gonna be lots of times where people are like oh warn this kid I want him warned. C.) Being strict but fair with punishment, so yeah most of the time you can usually be relaxed with people like some level 20 says the n-word with an a, cool just bring him out of the map RQ tell him whats wrong and return him and if he continues then punish him when he breaks the rules and its all about finding someone who you know is breaking the rules knowing what they are doing and when people do it as an accident and not being lenient on the people who break the rules knowing what they are doing. If you do these three things then you are pretty much doing things right.
