I was thinking if there was a way we could have staff for the forums, like people handing out tags, and people temp banning people for necroing posts. It would not be a horrible system and could adapt easily.

forum manager has always been open except that no one wants to actually do it and shepard doesn't want to assign anyone to forum manager.
