Reason for Ban: Minge NITRP Mass RDM
Ban Time: 7 days
What did you do? I logged on and was enjoying DT on the sith home planet with jedi and sith. Some guy came up to me and said he was Dark Council and a moderator and said RP rules still apply on DT so I started RPing like requested. I and several other sith started killing the jedi on the planet and they were complaining it was DT. I was told to rp and so I did and got banned for mass RDM.
Why you should be unbanned: I did what I was askedd by a staff member. I haven't been on the server in awhile so I was unsure if rules had changed but I still listened to the guy that threatened to ban me because I didn't want to get in trouble after only being back for a day.

You were refusing to listen to me when I was talking to you about a RP problem and you got exiled because of it. never said you could Mass RDM during DT.

You told me that I had to follow RP rules on DT, when I told you that wasn't how it ussed to be when I played you told me that wasn't the case anymore so I started Rping like you told me to. And you exiled me because I didn't hear you at first tell me to change my name.

If what his saying is true, you're not forced to RP during DT.

Now you're blatantly lying, I never said that you had to RP in downtime and you just walked away when I was talking to you about the issue with your name.

Kice was talking to him as a DC Member to switch his name, he didn't listen and just wants to act cool in-front of his friends and the server.
Had every reason to exile him.

Like I said I walked away from him because I didn't hear him first of all. Secondly he unexiled a few minutes later. I am telling the whole truth of what happened if killing jedi isn't allowed during downtime how can I be exiled? I am really trying to undersstand what I did wrong more than prove I did nothing wrong because I really don't understand. Do only certain rp rules apply during DT?

You walked away mid conversation, so dont act like you didn't hear me. You were unexiled because you finally decided to change your name. You can be exiled during DT because you created a RP problem by not following the faction guidelines for your name, the Jedi never asked to be killed. Your name wasnt Lord Erebus but Dark Erubus I asked you multiple times to change it but you refused to listen and walked away so you were exiled. Also after you finally changed your name you changed it to something mingy, messing with caps etc.

I asked him at least 5 or 6 times to stop and eventually demoted him to apprentice due to him being a minge and constantly disobeying orders of the DC. As for the Jedi, and you can check logs for this, I did say something around "You can kill the Jedi on planet if you want" so that was allowed if we are going off DC has to tell you to kill them. Still is a big -1 though because you were being a minge and downtime isn't an excuse considering that you were told to stop multiple times
