We all know what I'm about to say is true, and we all know why this suggestion is being made. 99% of the time, "bind tests" and adverting "false" are simply minge/troll/loophole-y ways of being allowed to advert things like "Overthrow", and "I challenge the PK order". While it might have been funny when the first person did it, it has now simply become a loophole in the rules. Garry's Mod has an EXTREMELY easy method of testing binds properly (without having to abuse advert chat) by typing key_listboundkeys in console. This lists all binds you have properly defined by using the Garry's Mod console.
My suggestion is that we disallow the use of loopholes in advert chat. This would mean disallowing the use of "false" and disallowing the use of "bind test" in order to get around rules. If you have an overthrow bind, you can test it via the aforementioned method. If you have a bind like that, you should be careful to not press it. If you are someone who has the authority to even call for an "Overthrow", you should be responsible enough to not "accidentally" press your bind for it. It's quite simple, actually.
My suggestion for getting past this is to simply render the use of "bind test" and "false" adverts as a void advert. It should not affect the adverts you have previously stated. Hence, if you were to advert "Overthrow" then "False", the latter would be rendered void and you would have started an overthrow.
