Why should the community support your application?:
The community should support my application because I bring proven experience, consistency, and fairness. I understand exactly what is expected from a staff member and I apply that standard at all times. I remain unbiased in every situation and focus on making decisions that are fair, justified, and beneficial to the overall community, not just individuals. My goal is to ensure players feel heard while also upholding the integrity of the server.
What makes you more qualified than other players?:
What sets me apart is my depth of experience and technical understanding. Having worked my way up to Elite Administrator on Icefuse, I have handled a wide range of situations at every level. In addition to moderation, I have built, managed, and maintained my own Garry’s Mod servers, which gives me a much deeper understanding of how servers function behind the scenes. This allows me to troubleshoot issues effectively, identify root causes, and resolve problems more efficiently than the average applicant. I do not just handle situations, I understand them at a deeper level.
What are your primary focuses in successfully handling an administrative situation?:
My primary focuses are evidence, fairness, and resolution. I ensure that every decision is backed by clear evidence and not assumptions. I approach every situation without bias, listening to all parties involved before making a judgement. Most importantly, I aim to resolve issues in a way that leaves players feeling that their concerns were taken seriously and handled properly.
Why did you choose this community to serve as staff?:
I chose this community because Reborn has always had a strong presence for me. Jedi vs Sith is my favourite gamemode, and this server is one I consistently return to with each launch. Being part of something I genuinely enjoy makes me more motivated to contribute. I want to help maintain and improve a community that I already value and spend my time in.
